While importing employee attendance data got this error :
'NoneType' object has no attribute 'tz'

Problem was, I didn't allocate user to one employee, so didn't get timezone for that and hence was the error...
Make sure every required column is supplied when importing the employees. In this case you are missing a column or the column is not filled in correctly. Most likely something like country_id or language. Something that has a reference to timezone.
