I want to add new tab in detail view of employee with should contain a check-box list of courses / certificates received by the employee(checked only when employee have certificate or qualification). Admin should be able to add new positions to this list globally. How can I manage this? Is there any existing module which I can install?

I forgot to write that the question concerns OpenERP 7
