I have noticed that there appears all the time new questions which usually include some error message from openERP e.g. server error. I thought it could be good if there was some kind of general guidelines what to do instead of automatically posting error messages to this forum.

It could be also good if there was list of guidelines for different types of errors e.g. postgres errors, server errors.

I have my own opinions but I'll post them later because I want first to know if there is some kind of official/common guidelines.
