We are having odoo 12 , but in product , tree view , import button is not available on top , how to activate import button

Hi,
As in the above answer, make sure that the module named Base import (technical name: base_import ) is installed in the database or activate the developer mode and navigate to Settings -> General Settings and see whether the Import & Export is ticked or not.
