I would like to manage "payment conditions" that are printed on every invoice. For the moment there is only 3 possibilities.

Accounting > Settings > Miscellaneous > Payment terms
Flyguy is correct. If you don't have Settings under Accounting, you will have to install the `account_accountant` module.
