I have a supplier with user access only. The supplier can see the Apps menu and the available apps, but if they want to install an app, they need to request access from the administrator. I want to make sure that they only see specific apps in the Apps menu, and they can request the installation of that app from the administrator.

For example, if they already have Sales and Inventory apps installed, I want them to see only the Extend Sale app in the Apps menu, not the entire list of available apps.
