I have created rml report. once i open the report in openoffice openerp reporting designer and modify the content and save the file. while i run the application i m not able to see the modification changes in my application

follow this 1. Open and modify report 2. send to the server 3. here your report change temporary that mean for particular database but when your overwrite/replace .rml file that time your report will be always change so it's not better way to create and modify report just use openoffice and send to the server
or you can use webkit report designer
Hi,
You can make the changes affected using "Export to RML" or using " Send to Server" from Openoffice. If you send to server, rml will not be changed as per your openoffice modification but you can see changes in your report. it would be better to export to rml.
