How to make quotation when required qty is more than on hand qty

Question

In ODOO 18 Enterprise  edition-  if the on hand qty =10 and  required  qty is 15

as per our business work flow  the balance 5 qty , need to create RFQ   automatically

How to achieve this  solution in ODOO .

Hello,
For this, we need to configure reordering rules in inventory for the product, and also we need to add the vendor as well in the product.
Based on that, when the minimum quantity trigger is activated, one RFQ is automatically generated.
