Actually I'm trying to fetch biometric data in odoo 11. Any solution so we can connect SQL server with odoo 11 or we can fetch data directly from SQL server?

Yes but not any apps for ESSL biometric devices......
Odoo by default have some apps to fetch data from Bio-metric.
Please check in Odoo apps store.
