Dears,
When we create a survey, we have creation options tab, and depending on the survey question type, we have creation options. For example, I choosed a matrix question type, on the options I have Matrix Type, a selection box with 2 choices : One choice per row, Multiple choices per row.

I want to extend the Matrix Type field to give me Text fields, instead of checkbox. Is there any module available doing that kind of specification ? Can anybody give me a hand on that ? Regards.
