I cannot see "Deliver to" dropdown to set different delivery address. Pls help

Thanks.
I have got it resolved. Done through following steps
“Inventory > Configuration > Settings > Warehouse > Multi-Step Routes”.
Deliver to would default to your receiving WH.
If you wish to select delivery address outside of your receiving WH, you would want to select ‘dropship’, this would allow you to select a delivery address

the field is read-only in state cancel, purchase and done
