Hi,

It's a bit late but here's how I did it:

1- In 'Internal User', I've changed Application from 'User types' to anything else;

2- Saved;

3- Duplicated it;

4- Changed the name of new created record;

5- removed all users in it;

6- Saved;

7- Changed Application to 'User types';

8- Saved;

9- Set back 'Internal User' again to Application 'User types';

10- Saved

To resolve this, create a new group with the condition "application != 'user types'" and make sure it inherits from the "internal user group." This should address your issue effectively.
