Hi Mohamed:
If you have multi-company enabled, you can specify the company in the sequence definition.
Activate developer mode
Go to Settings > Technical > Sequences
Open the sequence you want restrict to a company and enter the company in the "Company" field to restrict that sequence to that particular company.
You can create one sequence per company.
