hi guys 

i was wondering if anyone can help me 

my accounting cycle like this (data entry who enter the purchase or sells , data checker to see if the data entry person enter it correct or not , the authorizer who can publish the purchase or sells and make it legit in the accounting "CFO" ) 

i need to make every one of them a user of their work but not envier with others work like the entry don't publish any thing and like that 

if anyone can help it would be great
