To add a pin icon to headers of a list view, use the following code snippet in your Odoo QWeb template:

    </t>

To display the icon when hovering over the <th>, apply the following CSS:

th:hover .fa-thumb-tack {

    display: inline-block;

    }

.fa-thumb-tack {

    display: none;

    }
