Could someone give me a hand?

I need the date fields in the gantt view report to be editable and the charter to show who made the change.

I left the fields in a custom module readonly=False, and added tracking=True, but still, when I load the report, the fields do not allow changes. 

Can you tell me what I can do to make it as I mentioned, editable and with the history of who made the change?
