How can we make sure that style files and JavaScript are included in Odoo? But they don't work right? Or they are not connected at all.

Hello, I have added style and JavaScript files to Odoo as follows.
But they are not implemented. I can't figure out if they are not connected or if something went wrong. Is there a solution to find out if the files are added correctly or not?
They are not displayed in the 'inspect' either.

Hi,
Css and js files are stored as attachment records.
If you want to check that, you only need to write a Select query in your DB.
select * from ir_attachment where mimetype='text/css';
...
Example:
So, if it's there then it exists and if it doesn't exist, go to developer Mode and select regenerate ressources
