I am searching for a way of getting a list of products that where promised to be delivered on a certain date but where not.
Currently we make a PO The expected arrival date will be filled in automatically. We where told not to touch this.
So we change the sheduled date in delivery. However this date doesn't seem to affect any dates in the PO making it hard to filter on products that should already have arrived.
What is the best way of working here?

You can change the schedule date in the purchase order. No problem. It will update the deadline date in the delivery. But not the schedule date in the delivery.
You will see in the RFQ that there is a calculation for On Time Delivery. So changing dates will have impact on that calculation.
There is a button in the pruchase order to set that the vendor have confirmed the date. We change the schedule date according to the confirmation from the vendor. So we measure Delivery On Time from the promise from the vendor. We consider this correct, as the delivery time from the vendor is not fixed.

I am a bit confused though. Do you mean the expected arrival date in the PO with schedule date? I cannot find a shedule date in the po. That I only see in the delivery.
Sorry for not being clear. You can change the Expected Arrival date in the purchase order. (In V16 the field is named Schedule date). Purchase order must be unlocked.
In the delivery it do not change the Schedule date. It changes the deadline date. The expected arrival date is the basis of calculation of On time Delivery. And you can easy list purchase order not delivered and late according to Expected Arrival date.
The schedule date in the delivery is the date that is used in Material Planning.
