I see a few different tools for different approaches to backup postgresql, entire kvm's etc. 

I would even be willing to shut down the db every night for backups. Is there any way to backup the CentOs and everything needed so a full image restore could be done? One click restore on a new server and I know when it gets to 100% everything will be exactly how it was. Restoring the DB with a new install of Odoo is just not reliable or fast enough for what I would like to see.

Any insight or direction on this would be awesome.
