Hello,

We´ve changed our server and now none of the users is receiving notifications from Odoo (internal messages or log notes). Neither into the junk folder. Nothing! 

Does anyone know how this can be solved?

We´ve added our Odoo domain as a reliable domain to our server, but still doesn´t work.

Hi,

Here are some things you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

1. Verify email configuration:

Outgoing Mail Server:
Double-check the outgoing mail server settings in Odoo (Settings > General Settings > Email). Ensure all fields like server address, port, username, password, and security settings (TLS/SSL) are correct.
Incoming Mail Server (optional):
If you're using Odoo to fetch emails for notifications, verify the incoming mail server settings as well.

2. Check email logs:

Odoo logs email sending attempts. Look for errors in the logs (Settings > Technical > Server Logs) that might indicate delivery issues.
