I have a custom module that I successfully installed on my local instance of Odoo 11 (MacOS). However, when I add the module to our test server, it doesn't show up in the apps list. I've restarted the node using "sudo service odoo restart" and made sure that I take the "app" filter out when doing the search, but I still can't see it. Is there something else I need to do?
Odoo is the world's easiest all-in-one management software.
It includes hundreds of business apps:
- CRM
- e-Commerce
- Kirjanpito
- Varastointi
- PoS
- Project
- MRP

Hi,
Just to make sure that, after restarting the service did you clicked the menu Update Apps List ?
If not activate the developer mode and navigate to, Apps -> Update Apps List -> Click update, now remove the apps filter and search for your module.
Thanks
Hi Niyas,
I figured it out. My odoo.conf did not have the addons directory specified. I defined it as the correct directory and restarted and my module showed up.
Thanks,
Jordan
