we need to remove a special stock location.
first we made inventory adjustment of the product that was in this stock location but now i can not delete the stock location but it is still referenced from stock_inventory_line
what is the correct workflow to delete a stock_location?

For this first of all you have to delete those records in which this location is referenced. Suppose if the location is specified or used in a model A , Model B and Model C, you have to delete those records first, then you can delete the location, where model A, Model B and model C stock.move.line or stock.move etc.

ok but i am not allowed to delete a n already finished inventory change. so you mean i should delete them through Database directly?
There are lof of modules in the store which helps to cancel finished pickings. unfortunately most of them seems to be paid, from the code you can do it
You should archive location instead of deleting it.
