Hello everyone, i want to purshase a third party theme ( version 16) and for now i use odoo version 16.2, is anyone know how to downgrade or what to do exactly ? notice that i will use self-hosting with Odcluster, and odcluster have odoo 16.0 community version, so i want to know if it will work or not ? please help me

You don't need to downgrade your system since you are on the same version for which the third party module has been developed.
You can ask to the company that has developed the module for more info, I'm sure they'll confirm the compatibility.
