Hi,
I would like to add some script to my website in order to use privy.com and hotjar.com for instance.
I don't where/how I should add the script, there is no module/app to add the script in the footer.

You will have to create your custom module and add your JS files in website asset as shown in the link or from the front-end you can add the JS reference in the header.
