Brainview previously worked with separate tools for pipeline management, project tracking and invoicing. Sales pipelines were organised in CRM, projects and tasks were structured to reflect Brainview’s delivery model, and invoicing was connected to project delivery. The setup ensures that commercial, operational and administrative processes flow smoothly. We also integrated Exact Online with our custom made connector.
