Ze produceren 1.000 liter per batch en 500 hectoliter per jaar van hun gevarieerde biercollectie, die in beperkte oplages wordt uitgebracht in twee reeksen: Libertus en Quirinus.Om zowel hun horeca-activiteiten en fysieke winkel in de brouwerij als hun online winkel efficiënt te beheren, koos Braxatorium Parcensis voor een alles-in-één oplossing en implementeerden ze Odoo.
