Basis 57 nachhaltige Wassernutzung AG
Aufgrund des Bau der Eisenbahn-Alpentransversale (NEAT) entspringt in Erstfeld (UR) reinstes Bergwasser. Eine handvoll Visionäre kamen zusammen und hatten Vorschläge für die wirtschaftliche Nutzung des Bergwassers eingebracht. Das Rennen machte die Basis 57 mit der Idee das Wasser zur Zucht des einzigartigen Gotthard-Zanders zu verwenden. Was Vision war, ist heute Realität. Die Basis 57 verarbeitet bereits mehrere Hundert Kilogramm Fisch pro Woche und wird dabei in entscheidenden Vorgängen von Odoo unterstützt.Eine hoher Grad an Automatisierung wurde als kritische Anforderungen beim Projektstart genannt. Die Produktion und Vertrieb von Lebensmitteln unterliegt strengen Bedingungen. Entsprechend klein ist der Spielraum für Fehler. Für Basis 57 ist es essenziell, dass ihre hochwertigen Produkte mit einem zuverlässigen System verarbeitet und geliefert werden. Eine besondere Herausforderung war das direkte Drucken aus der Verkaufs-App von Odoo. Beim Bestätigen eines Verkaufsauftrag druckt Odoo den dazugehörigen Rüstschein im Raum wo die Fische verarbeitet werden. Mittels Barcode-Scanner und Etiketten-Drucker kann die Bereitstellung der Lieferung gleich vor Ort vorbereitet werden. Genauso schnell wie geliefert wird, wird auch verrechnet. Die erledigten Mengen aus Lieferungen können direkt fakturiert werden. Kunden können natülich mit dem neuen QR-Code bezahlen. Mit einer Inventarliste weiss die Kommissionierung immer bei welchen Kunden wieviele Transportksiten vorhanden sind.
