Their business model relies heavily on "upsell" items and custom attributes, which standard Odoo connectors failed to capture. This led to inaccurate inventory counts and missed revenue data.
Our Solution:
Quicken Accounting developed a custom Shopify and Amazon connector specifically designed to capture complex metadata and upsell items. By fine-tuning the integration, we ensured that every custom attribute chosen by the customer on the storefront was reflected accurately in Odoo’s Inventory and Sales modules.
