Ahkio Consulting Oy on suomalainen IT-asiantuntijayritys, joka tarjoaa palveluita avoimen lähdekoodin toiminnanohjausjärjestelmien ympärille.Ahkiolla oli tarve keskittää tukipalvelunsa ja projektinhallintansa yhteen järjestelmään, joka tukee sujuvaa asiakaspalvelua ja parantaa työn läpinäkyvyyttä. Tavoitteena oli ratkaisu, jonka kautta asiakkaat voivat ottaa yhteyttä helposti, perustaa tukipyyntöjä eri kanavista ja seurata asioidensa etenemistä itse.
Ratkaisuksi muodostui Odoo, josta Ahkio muokkasi itselleen toimivan kokonaisuuden Odoon moduleista. Toteutuksessa keskiössä oli tukipalvelukokonaisuus ja projektien hallinta, jotka muovattiin tukemaan yrityksen ydinliiketoimintaa eli asiakaspalvelua eri muodoissa. Mukaan otettiin myös asiakasportaali, jossa asiakkaat pääsevät seuraamaan, hallitsemaan ja luomaan omia tukipalvelupyyntöjään.

Soon after its establishment, Ahl Masr Foundation began constructing the Ahl Masr Trauma and Burn Hospital in New Cairo. The hospital is equipped with state-of-the-art medical technology and applies the latest scientific practices. It is the first and largest of its kind, designed not only to serve burn victims in Egypt but also across the Middle East and Africa.
