i have created a new contact (res.partner)

In helpdesk when i create a new ticket then in customer field the contact does not appear.

im wondring why its not appearning there is not any customization 
i have check the domain for this as well and strange thing is that it appear in when search more but not in simple many2one dropdown why?

no multicompany is not enabled.

If multi-company is enabled, did you create the contacts in the same company or a different one?
