About Flydoo

Flydoo is an ERP implementation specialist focused exclusively on Odoo, for both SMEs and larger multi-company and international organisations. We focus on companies with up to 500 users in Belgium, the Netherlands and France.

Our functional consultants are seasoned ERP specialists with decades of experience on other leading ERP platforms such as Oracle JD Edwards and SAP. They understand the challenges of more complex implementations in finance, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, service and project management.

At Flydoo, our first priority is to understand your processes and place them in an integrated ERP context. With our proven methodology, governance and change management experience, we guide you towards a successful end-to-end Odoo implementation.

For technical expertise and tailored Odoo customisations or extensions, we rely on our sister company Agifly: a digital product studio with more than 20 technical experts in areas including Odoo development, integrations, cloud and UX.

Together, we make sure Odoo is not only set up properly and meets your needs, but also integrates seamlessly with your other business-critical systems.

An approach tailored to your organisation

Larger organisations (15+ users, multiple legal entities, extended scope) – tailored ERP solutions, a proven implementation methodology and in-depth support to turn your processes into a single, streamlined and fully integrated platform.
Smaller businesses (up to 15 users, a single legal entity, limited scope) – standardised ERP models, interactive configuration and personal support to help you get started with Odoo quickly and smoothly.

Our expertise

We help organisations implement Odoo as the central, integrated backbone of their day-to-day operations. Our strength lies not only in Odoo itself, but above all in the process and project experience our consultants bring:

Process expertise
Knowledge across a wide range of sectors
Experience with complex multi-company structures
Compliance and regulatory expertise
Migrations from legacy ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP or Sage

Our starting point is always your current processes and objectives. Based on these, we define a phased Odoo roadmap with clear priorities and a realistic timeline. Beyond all standard ERP functionality, we also take care of the necessary integrations and custom development, such as connections with existing tools and targeted extensions where standard Odoo falls short. And where it adds real value, we naturally make use of Odoo’s AI capabilities as well.

And if Odoo isn’t the right solution for your organisation, we’ll tell you so honestly.

Our approach

Analysis & design – together we map out your processes, requirements and scope. For complex projects with an extended scope, we always carry out an ROI (Return on Investment) analysis upfront.
Configuration & development – we configure Odoo and build targeted extensions where needed.
Data & integrations – we migrate your data and connect Odoo with the tools you already use.
Training & go-live – we support your teams through training, testing and adoption.
Hypercare & aftercare – in the first weeks after go-live (and sometimes several months for complex projects), we provide intensive hypercare support. After that, we continue to refine, automate and extend the platform together with you.

The combination of highly experienced ERP consultants and a strong technical backbone means we can handle both smaller projects and more complex programmes in a structured way.
