I somehow made it so that I cannot see certain items on the menu at the top of the screen in the settings whether I am in or out of developer mode. For example, the "Users & Companies" menu is just completely gone. I am totally freaking out because I just finished building out all of the custom apps for my company and now not only can I not see the menu items but some of the custom apps have disappeared as well. What do I do?

Hi,
Try switching into super user mode and activate the developer mode, then navigate to settings -> technical -> user interface -> menu items, search the menu and see which user group is set for this menu and add your users to this group. Now logout the database(in order to come out of super user mode) and login again and see whether the menus are visible or not.
