Hello gents, 

There is a wrong answer that should be modified in the Quiz of Online Quotation section. 

1. Does online quotation allow upselling?
YesNoOnly in the test environmentOnly in the production environment

The answer should be YES because it's shown already in the video how to add an optional products so users may select which is called Upserlling. 
Please check it out and let me know if I am wrong about it.

actually the correct answer is NO, The Optional product is a Cross-selling Feature ,in order to understand the difference you have to know the difference between Cross-selling and Upselling in odoo,
Upselling means suggesting a product similar to the product added to the cart but is more expensive in order to make the customer switch to the more expensive product, ex: 64GB mobile phone upselling will suggest the same phone but 256GB 

cross-selling means you suggest accessories that comes with the product, ex: 64GB mobile phone cross-selling will suggest headphones or a phone cover with the purchase

your answer is better but upselling means if retailer order 10 products, and recived 15 products instead of 10. Imagine Real life scenario like in marketing when marketing person come on the retailer shop and he try to sale more products from the ordered products and he says to retailer I'll receive money day after or may be later of those products which are he/she upselled to retailer.
