Hello,

We are using odoo v13 restaurant POS. We have two EPSON TM-T20III network printers. We are putting the IPs order printers and receipt printer but there is no connection. When we debug we get ERROR_PARAMETER response. We installed pyusb, pysub, pyserial. We can connect to via windows but not from odoo. Are we missing something?

I have also a EPSON TM-T20III, but without ethernet port.
How can I get the IP address of the printer ?

I have the same issue, there are two models of TM-T20III such as TM-T20III-011 with USB+SERIAL(RS-232) and TM-T20III-012 with Ethernet port + USB. Have you solved your problem? Do you think is possible to use the first model?

EPSON TM-T20III  works fine for me, All you have to do is log in to your printer at the same browser and enable ePOS protocol. 

You may get a red warning, in that case, follow self-signed certificate documentation in Odoo but even with that warning It worked for me both in receipts and kitchen orders.

Hello,

I have the same printer ( EPSON TM-T20III), the protocol used is ePOS. I add the ip and go to the https//my_ipprinter to accept untrusted certificate, but continue to have connection problem. Can someone help me?
