When I change the user preference to non-english by administrator, the user preference from that user cannot open himself with the following message.

The requested operation ("read" on "使用者" (res.users)) was rejected because of the following rules: (Records: ming (id=16), User: ming (id=16))
However, when i switch the language back to english from administrator, the user preference can open.
will you have idea?
my odoo is community 13.
Just a try. Can you make user 'ming' as Administrator with 'Settings' access and test. If worked then you know what to look for.
