I am a student using Odoo for a school project. The case of my company is providing labor, trucking and storage service to an express company, the demand is daily and regular. 

I create these service as product, e.g. hour rate for labor and trip rate for trucking. Can I gain access to customer allow them make demand request in Odoo? Such as making request for next week which is 5 labor with 8 hour work and 4 trip of trucks daily. Then I can base on that request to assign resource and ask for signature after fulfilling the service. In that case, should Project function be applied? 

On the other hand, HR will base on demand to hire contract labor. Can I assign labor to project and check their attendance whether fulfil requested work hour for payment.
