Is there any 100% correct document for how to installing odoo14 community version on Ubuntu Server 18 or 20?

Thank you very much for your message. I will try with this, but there are several points which very different from other web instruction:
1) Database configuration for Odoo.
2) Python pip3 dependency installation.
3) Odoo configuration file and configure Odoo as a service.
