I don't know why many themes had been removed or just me facing this issue.
Is anyone same as me?

Hi,
The app author has the full control of their apps, may be they have removed the app by themselves or in case of any violations of odoo apps store policy, odoo will suspend the apps from the author for a particular period.
You can read the Enforcement section in this page: https://apps.odoo.com/apps/vendor-guidelines
Alternatively, you can get the modules from other sources like github.
