A prospective client of our is facing problems.

When they try to install any module first OpenERP asks for authentication and then instead of downloading and installing the module it show a payment screen demanding $33.

Why is this happening and how to solve this.

This happens when client tries to install any module even from the Apps part. For example user was able to install Purchase, Sales, etc. modules without any problem but after a few modules were installed when the user tries to install any more modules he gets this message. I also tried through teamviewer and observed this behavior while trying to install Lunch and Point of Sale modules.

Verify the correct path to local addons.

You need to download the addons separately, and then, customize on openerp-server.conf

On windows installation, no addons are downloaded with the installer.

I know that but then why should it ask for payment. It should just download the modules from net and install them locally period. Instead of this after we install a few modules it starts asking for payment whenever we try to install new modules. Why?
