So as the title reads. What are the instructions to install OWL new release (the one that enables OWL dev tools) to Odoo community?

Hi Nomad,
To install Owl DevTools in Chrome, you can follow these steps:
- Open Chrome and navigate to the Owl DevTools extension page in the Chrome Web Store: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/owl-devtools/ljjemllljcmogpfapbkkighbhhppjdbg
- Click the "Add to Chrome" button.
- A pop-up will appear, asking you to confirm that you want to add the extension. Click "Add extension".

Hello Kiran, Thanks for your quick and detailed reply. I was able to install the devtools extension. However I cannot use it since my Odoo does not have the latest release version of Owl. How am I able to install Owl latest vesion: v2.1.1 ?
