I have a client that sends 15,000 email a month in Odoo Email Marketing v12 Enterprise self hosted. They are currently using Sendgrid as their SMTP server, but are fighting deliverability issues. Sendgrid's IPs are constantly being flagged for spam. Does anyone have a better choice than Sendgrid or have other configuration tips that might help?

I'm using AWS SES (Simple Email Service), but I'm running my servers also on AWS, so it is an obvious choice for me. Make sure that you comply with all spam policies (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
