Since I did not find the source code of the module they are promoting on youtube, I contacted them in order to ask for a quotation. They sent me a quotation, but told that they don't provide the source code. This is absolutely illegal.

I am working on code now to achieve the same functionality. Anyway, is there at Odoo some kind of procedure or policy to follow in order to make some kind of legal action? Is Odoo pursuing this? or does not have focus on this kind of facts?
