When viewing quotations on mobile devices, the responsive design puts the table of contents right in the middle of your screen and you can't see the quote behind it, making it useless. Is this a bug or is there a way around it? It doesn't look like you can turn the responsive design off nor can you close the table of contents. See screenshot for the mobile view sample:
