Hello there :)

I use Odoo 14 Enterprise on odoo.sh. On a sales order, Odoo uses the country of the main contact to determine the VAT, but what it should use is the country of the delivery address.

For example a customer from Germany orders something, but wants it to be delivered to a place in Austria, the Austrian VAT of 20% should be applied. Unfortunately Odoo applies Germany's 19% for this sales order, which of cause is wrong. 

How do I set it up to base that choice of tax rate on the Country of the delivery address?

Yes, this is a very valid point, we have such situations often and we need to find a solution asap to get this solved.
