All of our business is monthly subscriptions.  We have a physical product in inventory that we ship to the customer's locations.  Each location has its own device and monthly fee.  I want to bill the customer one invoice monthly with all of the locations listed on one invoice.  What is the best way to set up the customer to accomplish this?
