I would like to attach a file to a record and made it appear in the documents app.
I inherited the documents mixin in the class and it works if I display the record in form view and use the standard "attach to record" feature, but this feature does'nt work in tree view.
Any ideas ? Is it possible to make a document appear in the documents app if it is loaded as a binary field ?
No . Binary fields are stored directly on the database and not linked to the file store that is used by the Document app.
