Unfortunately, the default configuration wizard installed the New Caledonia (French) chart of accounts, which is a very basic COA. What I need is the real French COA. Is there a way to replace current COA without reinstalling Odoo ?

As far as my understanding it wont be easy to achieve the above. To replace the existing chart of accounts with new one, you can refer the link below, there it gives some idea about how to achieve it, i am not sure about it.
Thanks Niyas, the stackoverflow answer gives me a few hints. What I did so far is a fresh install of Odoo from which I export the french COA and then import it in my New Caledonia Odoo. But I still need to define which are the default accounts for which operation... I'll get back here with more information if necessary. Thanks again !
