Hi, I'm using the odoo online editior with a paid subscription. Whe I try to create a new invoice, when i add new product, it creates a user error:
Any journal entry on an account receivable must have a due date and vice versa.
I open a ticket to support, but it's been a week with no response. The truth is that the support is painful, at least in my case... a company cannot go a week without invoicing and without a response from the support
Does anyone know if it's a configuration problem or an odoo bug? This didn't happen to me before
Has your problem been resolved? The solution below does not work for me.
