Hi all, I'm a novice at OpenERP, but I managed to use the openOffice reports designer plugin to modify the Sales Order/Quotation report successfully. Unfortunately, I'm unable to do this with Invoices.

There was first the issue of not being able to see the changes made to the report when printing. I found the solution to this (Uncheck the "Reload from attachment" option in Settings->Action->Reports->Invoice). But once I did this and tried to print an invoice, I got the following error:

"Uncaught SyntaxError: Unexpected token G"

So I thought the problem was in the unchecking of the "reload from attachment" option and undid the unchecking. But I still can't print invoices and I get the same error over and over again. Any help will be really appreciated.

It means that the server-side error messages are not outputted properly and the js client can't parse them.

Check your browser developer tools to get the proper message.
