Dear all,
We are working on Odoo 11.0 community to implement project management module. This involves entering the time sheets by the employees and approval by their respective manager.
The button 'Submit to Manager' is not visible for the employees and the manager is not able to approve the time sheets.
Is there anything that we are missing in the implementation ?
This issue was not found in Odoo 10.0.
Looking forward for any help to resolve this issue.

Have you checked Settings (activate dev mode) / Manage access rights / Timesheets (by default it is not selected)?
